Day: 9th December 2009, Wednesday!

Time: 12pm- 4pm

Place: Marina Barrage

Address: 8 Marina Gardens Drive, Singapore 018951

Meet At: Central Fountain (smack in the center of the barrage)

Getting there: Visit this (map) and also this (shuttle bus)

Things to Bring:

• Food and Drinks

1. Chips
2. Soft drinks
3. NORMAL FOOD --- noodles, cakes, sandwiches, buns; things that are filling.
4. Fruits --- Make sure it's the kind that are good under the sun. I don't like soft apples.
5. Cutlery --- PLEASEPLEASE bring plastic plates, spoons, forks, cups. We don't want to eat like cats.

• Others

1. Swimsuit --- Play at the water fountain (optional)
2. Mat --- Unless you guys want skin-grass-ants contact.
3. Umbrella --- Not like it's compulsory, but on one's gonna let you SQUEEZE under a brolly with them
4. Kites, GAMES (twister, card games, no poker)
   

• Important-stuff-that-will-piss-us-off-you-don't-abide-by List

1. Please Bring something along for the picnic.
2. Please leave a note at the Replies Tagboard by 1st Dec to inform us if you are going or not. And that's D.E.C.F.I.R.S.T thankyouverymuch.
3. Please be punctual.

After Dec 1st, please return to the class blog to make sure your name is on the list of people who are going. That way, we can estimate the number of people going and make sure that you are present that day, not lost, drowning in the barrage, kidnapped by aliens, eaten by a cow or doing the chicken dance.

You can fly kites there so do bring a kite along. For those who are buying kites, buy one for me too. :)

It's gonna be a wonderful day but only if we all co-operate. TYVM
