Regarding the Class Gathering,
if you are choosing Chalet, please consider the time properly.
Try not to put the date during the first week or else,
schedule will be really tight. :)

For picnic, 1st week is fine, but schedule will be kinda tight too. :/
Because we need to assign who to bring what,
