eh, so sorry but programmes for IPW MUST be performances
as their physiotherapists won't be there to help the old folks
and thus, we cannot do things that have contact with them.
anything, to be done in 10mins. you are going to do it within 10mins,
if can, it must be NOT LESS than that. NOT SO MUCH more
than 15mins either, try to keep it to 10mins, no less, no more.
